Our workshop, is an open workshop
An open workshop means you can see what we are doing, when we are doing it. We won’t take your machine into a back-room and keep your repair hidden, in fact, due to space restrictions, we couldn’t! This openness was our goal from the beginning all those many, many sleepless nights ago, and from our perspective at least, it seems appreciated by all who enter.
Below you’ll find some of the most common types of repair we do…
Correct non-booting systems.
Non-booting systems have a varied solution-base, but we’ve never been beat yet. All work carries a 90 day warranty from the invoice date and all work is completed in-house.
Repair costs £20 – £75 depending on complexity.
Screen repairs
We can repair or replace a faulty screen, all work carries a 90 day warranty from the invoice date and all work is completed in-house. For non-standard screens, we may need to quote first.
Average costs £50 – £120
Virus and Malware removal
We will clean and disinfect viruses and Malware from your system. all work carries a 30 day re-infection warranty from the invoice date, meaning we’ll clean it up again, for free.
Average Repair costs £65
Laptop Power jack repair.
We will either repair or replace a faulty power jack, all work carries a 90 day warranty from the invoice date and all work is completed in-house.
Repair costs £40 – £75 depending on complexity.
Remote support
We’ll connect to to your machine through the internet and complete the repair of your machine from the comfort of our workshop. If we decide its a workshop repair, we don’t charge for the remote 🙂

CCTV service available on request
We can install CCTV to your requirements.
Cable or wireless and offer maintenance and support.
Prices available after free survey

- Small-ish printers
- Tablet screen replacement
- Game consoles Inc. handhelds
