What is AVG CloudCare™?

AVG CloudCare™ is powerful remote management platform with add-on services to improve the protection and productivity of your system and profoundly simplify your internet security.

The Computer Repair Shop can simply log into the AVG CloudCare portal from any computer’s web browser for a real-time overview of your system. From there, we can take a proactive approach to preventing issues before they occur, as well as instantly install, activate or deactivate any service, review reports, and more.

With the ability to take advantage of cloud/hosted services, you can now utilise it for a new way to manage your security services with AVG Antivirus & parental control.

You still have software installed on your machine, but unlike “normal” protection, it will communicate with a internet-based server.  This allows both you as the customer and us as your supplier, to have immediate access to administering your security requirements. We have found this to be the most cost effective solution whilst delivering the best service possible.
